Veronica's First Blog: 'I Was Happy to Be Sweating'
My first week went very well. It wasn't hard to go to the gym because I was excited to work out... once I got into it, I was happy to be sweating like crazy.
Although my body was sore week one, it was a good feeling and I felt very proud of myself. I see the difference already!!
