Yesterday “Extra” showed you dramatic video of an angry Britney Spears handing her mom Lynne what appeared to be legal documents – and now “Extra” can reveal it's getting worse!
Even though Lynne denies the papers ordered her to stay away from Britney's kids, close friends are telling People that Lynne is “brokenhearted” over her terrible relationship with her daughter.
Lynne has “cried her heart out over the trouble between her and Britney,” a Spears family pal said. “She wants her baby to be okay and to bring her grandkids home to Kentwood and raise them in a normal environment."
There were reports that the documents ordered Lynne to stay away from Britney's children, Sean Preston, 1, and Jayden James, 9 months, if she was taking any medications that might cause her to be impaired.
Lynne was visibly shocked by the letters as she sat motionless on the steps of a trailer while Britney stormed off.
Just one hour after Brit dropped the bombshell on her mom, “Extra” found Lynne with sister Jamie Lynn at a tanning salon where Lynne insisted, “She did not serve me.”
Instead, she sarcastically said the document was “a love letter!”
Britney has reportedly been furious with her family for sending her to rehab.
Now it's getting even worse for the out-of-control pop star.
Kevin Federline's camp is holding off on signing the final divorce papers out of concern for Britney's recent behavior!
Kevin reportedly feels that Britney is unstable and unable to care for her two young boys. He wants full custody.
Fed-ex's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan told “Extra” that it wouldn't be appropriate to comment on Brit and Kevin's custody arrangement.
But he did remind “Extra” that in California, any custody plan – whether voluntarily agreed to or ordered by the Court – can always be changed based upon a current analysis of what's in the best interest of the minor children.
