Bobby Brown Arrested: Will Spend Day in Court Over Child Support

Whitney's soon-to-be ex-husband, singer Bobby Brown, was arrested in Canton, Mass. over the weekend.

This marks the second time within the last year that Brown has been apprehended by Canton police.

The police picked up Brown over an out standing warrant on Sunday night at Attleboro High School, where he was watching his daughter compete in a cheerleading competition.

The warrant was issued when Brown failed to appear at a child support hearing in October. The 38-year-old singer is set to face the judge Monday afternoon in the Norfolk Probate and Family court.

“He's supposed to show up and prove everything is up-to-date,” stated Adam Loomis, of All State Constables.

Brown paid out $11,000 in delinquent support last October to Kim Ward, the mother of two of his children.

Brown's attorney, Phaedra Parks could not be reached comment and it is not known if Brown if behind on current support payments.
