Exclusive: Donald Trump Behind Closed Doors
Only “Extra” was inside Donald Trump's $25 million Palm Beach estate, Mar-A-Lago, as our Tanika Ray sat down for a one-on-one chat with the always fired up Trump.
“Was I too rough on a certain slob I was criticizing?” Trump asked, half jokingly, as we kicked off our interview.
However, Trump is moving on from his now infamous feud with Rosie O'Donnell, and he dished about everything from Miss USA to his private daddy time with Baby Baron.
“I hold him, I kiss him, but do people really want to hear this?” Trump said.
Trump even opened up about his surprising friendship with Justin Timberlake, whom he sat with at this year's Golden Globes.
“Justin is such a nice guy, and he's a good golfer by the way,” The Donald added.
But in the true test of a loyal fan, does “The Apprentice” master listen to JT's music?
“I do! I think it's great,” he admitted.
Once we found out Trump knows how to sing “SexyBack,” Tanika asked him a few questions to get some insight into the world of Trump.
Tanika Ray: Barack (Obama) or Hillary (Clinton)?
Donald Trump: Well, I'm a big fan of Hillary; she's a friend of mine and she's terrific.
TR: Are you going to sell Trump property to the Beckhams?
DT: I think he's a terrific guy and the property I have in Los Angeles are mansions that are being built in Palos Verdes over the ocean, so if they want one I hope he calls.
TR: Have you been watching “American Idol”? You don't think Simon is too mean?
DT: Simon's a friend of mine. No, everyone loves it. And a lot of those kids go on, and they know they're not going to do anything. Some of them may have serious problems, but that's their problem, too.
TR: What's the plan for the future of “The Apprentice”?
DT: NBC would like me to do a show, just the boardroom, where somebody comes into a boardroom and you just rant and rave like a lunatic for an hour.
