Kate Walsh on 'Grey's' Controversy: 'I Feel Really Sad'
“Extra” spoke to “Grey's Anatomy's” star Kate Walsh about Isaiah Washington at the Sundance Film Festival this weekend.
“I feel really sad…I'm just saying my prayers,” Walsh said. “I don't know what is going to happen…I just trust that our show will deal with it in the way that they see fit.”
“It's tense…but I think it'll work out, and I'm hopeful that it's handled properly,” “Grey's Anatomy's” Katherine Heigl added.
Reichen Lehmkuhl was also at Sundance and spoke about the controversy.
“It really dumps a lot of emotion on me,” he admitted. “I think it brings the issue to light. A lot of people learn…when you use this word now, it's not okay.”
