Hollywood Heads to Italy for TomKat's Wedding
The wedding bells are already ringing for the wedding of the century in Bracciano, Italy, as Hollywood heavyweights arrive in the romantic location for the celebration of the year.
And on Thursday night, proud pops Tom Cruise and a gorgeous Katie Holmes brought their 6-month-old daughter, Suri, to a dinner party they hosted for all their superstar friends who came out for the grand event.
As famous faces fly in for the big event, the airport rivals the red carpet of the Academy Awards. From Jim Carrey and girlfriend Jenny McCarthy to Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony and even former arch-nemesis Brooke Shields, the TomKat wedding is a must attend.
"Extra" also spotted Katie and Tom's moms touching down Thursday morning alongside "M:I3" director J.J. Abrams.
Famed singer Andrea Bocelli dished to "Extra" that despite reports, he is not going to sing at the wedding celebration.
"No, I will be there as a guest," Bocelli said.
With the world watching closely as Tom and Katie prepare to profess their everlasting amore, "Extra" spotted the couple Thursday holding hands, just one day after spotting Tom, Katie and Baby Suri at Rome's City Hall.
While Tom and Katie don't show any signs of pre-wedding jitters, "Extra" checked out the beautiful city that will forever be special to the soon-to-be husband and wife.
From the 15th century castle outside of Rome, the gorgeous vista is unmatched in beauty, as are the quaint streets of the romantic town, which are currently packed with a crush of TV satellite trucks and roaming reporters.
Tom and Katie's "Mission: Matrimony" will truly be a fairytale event, as insiders tell "Extra" that the always-classy Cruise has ordered 6,000 rose and coffee scented candles for the lavish ceremony.
"Extra" has also learned that Tom has reportedly slapped caterers with a $1 million gag order, to ensure no details of the menu are leaked.
Cruise is also said to be hiring a fleet of 100 limos to get his superstar friends to the chapel on time, but "Extra" has been told the streets of Bracciano will be closed to all other traffic.
Stay tuned to "Extra" as we bring you all of the latest TomKat wedding details.
